  • Presentation and follow-up meetings with clients to refine design and showcase variety of product solutions. Assistance with product and finish selections for cohesion with overall design intent.
  • Work in close collaboration with architect/ general contractor/ electrician to confirm accurate site conditions and technology integration for seamless project completion.
  • Maintain client relationship through continued communication and assistance with future needs.

PROJECT
MANAGEMENT

  • Attend project & construction meetings to understand building logistics, coordination with trades and install schedule.
  • Collaborate with design team to verify approved drawings and finishes prior to furniture order placement.
  • Manage manufacturer ship dates to meet required occupancy, provide status reports to project team and expediting change orders if necessary.
  • Dedicated on-site manager to oversee the receipt, delivery and installation of all furniture. Organize and schedule resolution of punch-list.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of space according to furniture install plans. Conduct final walk-thru with client and review any outstanding items.
  • Continual account management through service of furniture and organizing warranty replacements.
